I think it was wise to decide to let someone else do the cooking and cleanuup for Thanksgiving just this one time. Please take care of yourself during the next few days, Ann.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15799781800542758688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-380254805241116389.post-2432127068554510462010-11-23T11:08:47.655-05:002010-11-23T11:08:47.655-05:00Thats an aming milestone! Your ever positive attitude is an encouragement to all of us.

I will remember you frequently during the next few days as you quietly sit with your dad. My memories of sitting by a hospital bed are only three months in the past and still very fresh, so I can truly empathize with your emotions. Please remember us as we spend our first Thanksgiving without the physical presence of my FIL. You were so kind with your words during his illness - I hope I can be the same to you!!Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09408463925646609263noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-380254805241116389.post-59216478941167849652010-11-23T10:22:19.178-05:002010-11-23T10:22:19.178-05:00Indeed it is our family that matters. At least with it being the last treatment he gets a physical break, but the mental kicks in as it is scary to think you aren't fighting it right then off the meds. The body needs time to respond. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I'm glad to hear you'll be eating out and not putting you or your family through the stress of cooking a big meal. It doesn't matter what you are eating it is the company that counts. Enjoy our holiday.Dr. Fat To Fithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14954538312143531261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-380254805241116389.post-43298776934296151222010-11-23T10:18:21.956-05:002010-11-23T10:18:21.956-05:00Ann, congrats on hitting the half-way mark!
