248 lbs + = Morbidly Obese (BMI 40 +) I AM NO LONGER MOBIDLY OBESE!!!!!
Jan. 1, 2010, my official BMI was 54.5. I slipped out of this category, falling below a BMI of 40.0, on December 14, 2010, after being here for approximately 15 years!

217 - 247 lbs = Severe Obese (BMI 35 - 39.9) I am here, for now
186 - 216 lbs = Obese (BMI 30 - 34.9)
155 - 185 lbs = Overweight (BMI 25 - 29.9)
114 - 154 lbs = Normal Weight Range (BMI 18.5 - 24.9)
Ideally, I used to feel best around 128, but I don't think my late-40s body will regain my 20-something weight ideal. I've grown wiser, so I know better, but I do reserve the right to change my target weight - someday. My target weight is 145 lbs. Officially, my doctor's scale read 327 in December 2009 - my "official" heaviest weight. That was over 80 pounds ago!!
Achieved Goal 1: 10% loss (30 lbs) bringing me down to 277 lbs.
Achieved Goal 2: 30 lbs lost, bringing me down to 247 lbs. and out of morbid obesity category!
*Since July 20, 2010, the official start of my diet. I lost an additional 20 lbs between Dec. '09 - Jun. '10
